An architectural project starts around 4800 euros, structural from 6500, and a full work project is about 9500 — depending on the size and complexity.
Who handles the permits and the use permit?
Yes, we handle all approvals: the building permit, project documentation and finally the use permit (kasutusluba). You won't need to deal with the authorities.
Do you do renovation and extensions?
Yes, we renovate and extend houses: replanning, roof, façade, insulation, extensions. An extension runs around 2150 euros per square metre — exact price after a site visit.

We do all engineering systems: heating, underfloor heating, ventilation, electrical and smart home. We design houses to energy class A — it's part of our full cycle.
Do you connect water and sewage?
Yes, we connect water and sewage: mains network, a well or a septic system — we'll pick the right solution for your plot and handle the paperwork.
